FAQ

Common questions before we start a project

Clear answers on timeline, pricing, technology choices, and long-term support so you know how we work before the first call.

01

How long does a project usually take?

A focused website or landing-page build can often be delivered in 2-4 weeks. Larger platform features, integrations, or automation work usually take 4-12 weeks depending on scope, content readiness, and review speed.

02

How much does it cost to work with JTAxon?

We can work on a fixed-scope price, hourly consulting, or a monthly retainer. For fixed projects, payment is usually split 50% at project start and 50% at completion. After a short brief, we can recommend the right model and estimate.

03

Which technologies do you work with?

Our core stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Firebase, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud deployment, integrations, and workflow automation. We choose architecture based on your business needs, not trend.

04

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We can support post-launch improvements, monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, performance optimization, and new feature delivery through hourly support or a monthly retainer.

05

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We can review an existing system, identify risk and maintainability issues, stabilize key flows, and then deliver a clear improvement plan before implementing changes.

06

Where are you based and do you work remotely?

JTAxon is based in Kumla, Sweden, and we work remotely with teams and clients across Sweden and internationally.
